Welcome to Nine88 Events. When you work with us, we want everything to be clear and simple. Here is how our services are structured and what you can expect when partnering with us:

Ongoing Contract Support

• Duration: Contracts are structured with a minimum term of 6 months, with the option to renew.

• Payment: Monthly payments are due at the beginning of each month.

• Renewal: At the end of each term, we will review services and make adjustments as needed.

• Scope: Each package includes a set number of hours per month. Additional hours can be added for a $100 per hour.

• Vendors: Vendor services (like catering, décor, AV) are billed at cost. We coordinate, but the vendor is responsible for their performance.

 

Consulting Services

• Rate: $150 per hour (1-hour minimum).

• Payment: First hour is paid at the time of booking. Additional hours are billed after services are provided.

• Travel: In-person meetings are included within 30 miles of Woodstock, GA. Beyond that, travel expenses apply.

• Flexibility: Hours vary based on event size and complexity.

• Credit Toward Future Services: Any amount you pay for consulting can be applied to a Project-Based or Contract Service if you choose to continue with us for the same event.

 

Project-Based Services

• Project-specific terms will be outlined in a separate agreement based on event scope, timeline, and deliverables.

• Payment structure typically includes a deposit at contract signing with remaining balance(s) due according to the event schedule.
